My experience at The Peninsula Bangkok was nothing short of really good. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and I particularly loved the morning breakfast buffet, which was diverse and delicious. The service was perfect, with staff always ready to assist in a friendly manner. However, I did find the room service menu somewhat limited, and the safe in my room could have been larger for my laptop. Overall, I can't wait to return! 😊

My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was fantastic overall, though there was some noise from nearby construction that impacted the tranquility. Still, I found the service really good, the rooms luxurious, and the dining options good. The location on the river with easy boat access to the mall was a plus, making it a nice experience.

My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was good. The riverside views were amazing, especially from the spacious room I occupied. However, I did notice a few maintenance issues that slightly detracted from the luxury experience. Overall, it remains one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok.

Rooms

The room was large and offered stunning views of the Chao Phraya River, although there were some signs of wear and tear like a leaky faucet and a few stains on the carpet.

My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok had its highs and lows. I loved the stunning views from my room and the attentive service from the staff. However, multiple events on my last night closed many facilities, leading to a disappointing last evening.

Rooms

I stayed in a lovely corner room on the 27th floor with amazing views of the river and Bangkok skyline. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom featuring double sinks and a soaking tub with an integrated TV (very fancy!).
Service
8.0
The staff were excellent, going the extra mile to assist me with a smile. However, during the events, the concierge seemed unaware of the situation, which was a bit frustrating.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s riverside location was fantastic, providing a beautiful setting and easy access to the boat shuttle service (which I relied on a lot to explore). This service made getting around very convenient, even from the 'wrong side' of the river.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were quite good, especially the breakfast buffet which was massive and had plenty of variety. However, I found it challenging to find suitable vegetarian options during my meals, which could definitely improve.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were impressive, particularly the large pool set in a beautiful garden. However, a tiny gym was a letdown, and the atmosphere during the events made finding a relaxing space difficult.
